With this post I am attempting to show what bonded rail in a model looks like.
The railing of the bridge is just above the rail joint.

 I have added plastic rail joiners to the main line. At the signal, the insulated rail joints are painted a green color.  Green indicates an active circuit on both sides of the joint.  Orange would be used of only one side was active.

There are several other pictures showing how rail joiners add to the scenic interest of the track work.
